I have always been interested in the world of creativity for as long as I can remember. I was particularly inspired and motivated by my high school art class teacher and the way she used to encourage us all.

I have always tried to choose an educational pathway within the arts through studying GCSE Art Textiles, A Level Fine Art and even a Foundation Diploma.

In more recent times, my work has been inspired by my travels and experiences particularly within the landscape around us. I find it to be a place of healing, relaxation and freedom. It is the place I feel most at home whether I'm in one spot taking it all in or on a walk. 

I tend to enjoy drawing, painting, embroidery and a little bit of photography as a way of documenting and recording the world around me. Most recently, my current job has lead me to find a new found love for ceramics.
